Deposit:  $200 at the time of booking. Balance payable 14 days prior to arrival.
 
Cancellations:  Deposit is non-refundable. Balance is refunded if cancellation occurs at least 7 days prior to arrival date. No refunds for stays of 2 nights or less.

Reservations:  A minimum 2 night stay applies year round.
